About the Event:

Your source for community, connection, and a little magic.

ONYX CLUB BOYS is an acoustic string band (violin, guitar, upright bass, and drums) rooted in Django Reinhardt’s Jazz sounds of 1930's Paris, and Stuff Smith's New York City Swing.  However, being from 21st Century North Carolina, their diverse influences take the music beyond borders. It's a trip around the world, which will make you swoon, tap your feet, and realize how universally similar music really is.

Come to our dance party to learn about the music and dance of the swing era.

It is going to be a night of fantastic music that you aren't going to want to miss!

Learn and Dance:

7 pm - 8PM - Introductory Lesson included with admission

6:45 pm- 7:45 pm- $8 Intermediate Lesson at Yoga Shala 204 W Main St unit c, Carrboro
8 pm - 11PM - Open dance floor with DJ’d music

Cost:

Online: $18 non-members/$14 members + $2 Service Fee.

At the Door: $25 non-members/ $21 members (Card only no cash)
